Udi Angel is the Chairman and CEO, as well as 50% shareholder, of Ofer Holdings Group and all of its subsidiaries..

Udi joined Ofer’s shipping group in 1975, becoming managing director of Ofer in 1980.

In 1999 Udi was personally involved in the take-over of Israel Corporation Ltd. and was appointed chairman of Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., one of the world’s biggest shipping companies.

Udi served as Chairman of Zim until 2003, and today he is Chairman of Zim’s executive committee and board member of the Israel Corporation Ltd and Zim.

Udi also takes an active role in communal and charitable work.

Udi is a graduate of the University of Haifa, where he studied economics and public accounting. He is the Austrian honorary consul in Haifa and Northern Israel.

Idan Ofer is Chairman of the Board of Israel Corporation Ltd., Israel's leading holding company, and Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. Additionally, he serves as Director of Ofer and its subsidiaries: Shipping, Aviation, Hi-Tech, Private Equity, Real Estate and Media.

With over 25 year’s experience in shipping, energy, chemicals, production and development in Hong Kong, Singapore and the US, Idan is actively leading the way into ventures and future technologies and is chairman of Better Place, (Electric Vehicle).

Idan has an MBA from London Business School where he holds a Fellowship and is member of the School’s Europe Regional Advisory Board. He is a graduate of the Haifa University in Economics and Shipping and a member of the Global Advisory Board of John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Amnon possesses over 40 year’s of broad-based experience in the shipping industry. Today, he is the Chairman and CEO of Zodiac Maritime Agencies Ltd. - a private British company based in London - and a Director of Ofer Holdings and its subsidiaries (including Shipping, Private Equity, Hi-Tech, Media, Real Estate and Aviation).

Amnon also serves as a director of a large number of UK-based shipping companies and is also a member of the boards of Israel Corp., Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. and The London Steam-Ship Mutual Insurance Association Limited, providing protection and indemnity insurance coverage for ship-owners.

Avi Levy is CEO of Ofer Management and a Director of Ofer Holdings and its subsidiaries (including Shipping, Hi-Tech, Private Equity, Media and Aviation), Israel Corporation Ltd and Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd.

Avi joined Ofer upon completion of his internship as a CPA in 1980 and served as Ofer's CFO until 2002 when he took the position of CEO of Ofer Brothers Properties (1957) Ltd.

Previously, Avi served as Managing Director of Ofer Brothers Investments Ltd – a public company that was traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange until 1999.

Avi is involved in the planning and shaping of Ofer's investment strategy (as well as its held companies) in such diverse areas of activity as real estate, shipping, aviation, technology and energy.

Avi completed his Economics and Accounting studies at the University of Haifa in 1979, and his MBA studies at the Israeli extension of the Bradford University.

Avi holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) diploma from the Israeli Association of Accountants.
