At whatever stage we enter, Ofer Hi-Tech chooses investment targets based on one overriding criterion - quality. We seek out high-quality technology brought to market by high-quality management teams. You are welcome to call or email us a short description of your business plan.
Stage
Ofer Hi-Tech invests at any stage in company life cycle - from seed (via our wholly-owned venture accelerator) to follow-on, including select investments in publicly-traded companies.
Investment Criteria
Our IT investments cover all area of software, communications, and technologies. Life sciences focus on the strong medical device and biotechnology opportunities in the Israeli landscape. Our principal criteria in evaluating companies are strong management teams, first tier technologies, valuation and market potential.
Geography
We invest primarily in Israeli and Israel-related companies.
Role
We prefer to adopt a pivotal and active role in our portfolio companies – either solely or together with highly respected Israeli or global investment partners. We custom-tailor both our investment strategy and management involvement to each company's individual needs - creating the right mix of managerial and administrative support, and highly proactive business development activities. |
